Past Events

Below are a few events our team has participated in.

Northside Cube Days 2020

Northside Cube Days was a blast. It was a totally different experience due to the fact that we weren't able to compete but rather participated in the event by being judges and runners as well as spectate. More importantly we were able to network with other cubers and have some friendly competition. We had fun catching up with our friends and making new friends.

Koalification 2019

Our second  WCA competition, we went in confident and most importantly came out with improved official personal best (PB) times. The event also saw 2 new World Records set. One was the new and current 3x3x3 Blindfolded World Record set by Jack Cai and of which we got to witness. The second was by the amazing Felix Zemdegs who set a new World Record for Fastest Average Time on day 2 of the event. He has since then broken that record already. Talk about improving your personal best times!!!

Brisbane Winter 2018

The very first World Cube Association competition we attended. Caleb set the very first (official) National Record (NR) for PNG record at just age 7. Joshua shortly after claimed the title of National Record holder and holds it to this day. Being our first competition we didn't know what to expect nor the level of competition but overall it was a fun and new experience and walking away with a few NR's in 2x2 and 3x3 cubes and pyraminx was a bonus.
